C32 and SLK32 Engine Parts

As some may remember I blew the engine up in my C32, and rebuilt and replaced the engine, and since have sold the car. I have a bunch of left over parts from and engine rebuild after I blew up mine in my C32.

I have the following:
(1) Code 3 Intake - $75
(1) full set of timing chain guides
(1) Set of Upstream O2 sensors
(2) Oil pump from SLK32
(1) set of motor mounts for SLK32
(1) Engine oil cooler
(1) Auto Belt Tensioner
(8) Coil Packs
(1) Power steering fluid reservoir
(1) Engine Oil Filter Holder
(1) Set OEM SLK32 Headers
(1) Engine Block Front Cover
(1) Set L & R valve cover
(1) Brand New OEM Head Gasket, drivers side
(2) Complete lower oil pans for SLK 32
(1) OEM intercooler pump
(1) OEM Heat Exchanger

All parts are OBO I would just like them out of my garage.
Here is a link to a photo album with all the parts. If you would like more pictures let me know.

Sorry to hear of your woes. I am a veteran of 2 blown motors and both times it was way cheaper to just replace the entire engine. Pity you are not located here in South Africa where you could sell your bits and pieces as we seem to have gotten most of the lemon C32's - I get at least 2 calls per month on guys in a similiar predicament, yet people on this forum have a hard time believing that the C32 motor is not bullet proof. I would love to know what happened and how you went about repairing it. Over here it usually manifests itself as a misfire and after dismantling the engine the culprit seems to be those damn cam lobes that have shifted slightly on the shafts resulting in bent valves and shattered pistons or destroyed rings. We end up poaching motors from SRT6's and SLK 32's as most of the C32 motors are taken. Reboring and resleeving costs are not too bad, it is the price of the pistons and rings that stop us from repairing. In my experience you can offload your throttle body, supercharger and IC no prob - the rest of mine went to the scrap yard.
I kept 1 x piston as a reminder and it makes a nice ashtray.

I believe mine was a combination of a few things. I started getting severe misfires on multiple cylinders, so I may have been the lobe on the camshaft. At the time I had a ECU tune as well, so it may have been due to a lean condition. I had an exhaust valve break off in cylinder 6 going about 80mph on the freeway. It exploded the piston and sent chunks out through the oil pan. The cheapest solution was to replace the entire engine. I too couldn't find one from a C32 but I was able to find one from a wrecked SLK32, the main difference being the headers and oil pan. I performed the swap in my garage only to destroy the second engine due to lack of oil pressure ( I was excited to fire it and forgot to prime the oil system). I ended up bending more valves, so I swapped heads. After about 3000 miles that engine was making strange noises, when I took it into the shop they said the engine had internal damage. I had to buy a 3rd engine and had them swap it. At that point I was sick of the car so I sold it.
That is the readers digest version of the story of my car.
