Just bought C55 Kleemann Headers..
.... AND I cant wait to terrorize my neighborhood with loud noises ![drive](https://mbworld.org/forums/images/smilies/driving.gif)
Cory from Kleemann is the man, really easy to work with. I am getting them installed at SpeeDriven in Palatine hopefully this Saturday. Marcin, I hear, is very knowledgeable.
I'll be running these with my current set up of deleted resonator/2ndary cats, modded air box and Eurocharged tune. Oh, and K&N drop ins.
Cant wait

I think I have your current setup on my car. I'm curious if the current Eurocharged tune will be fine or if there are a lot of benefits retuning for the headers. Either way ->

I got the Kleemann TCU-tune, and yes, it´s really noticeable!!
Many times I´ve seen videos of fast C55:s, and when they change
gears it´s really slow...
With a TCU-tune you´ll probably be able to shave off some time in a
quater mile race, in my opinion. Not by much but still.
I enjoy the faster shifting everytime I´m behind the wheel!
Others with that particular tune can surely agree with me.

Dre, I bet they kept your tune specs so when another C55 with headers rolls around for a tune they just copy yours. Well, thats what I'm hoping for at least

Before fitting the Kleemann headers, I removed the resonator.
After fitting the headers (with primary cats gone), the drone
was too loud (in my Touring). So I let Kleemann weld it on and
now the sound is perfect!! It was fun to drive around the summer
with no resonator but after a while it thought it sounded like a
tugboat not worthy a Mercedes! Now it´s silent at highways but
really loud when I hit it. At idle you can now (compared to before
the headers) hear that mighty big V8 rumble which is really nice!
(I´ve removed the two restrictive factors, ie headers and primary.)
And before all that with only a ECU tune, I suddenly felt that the
gearchanges was the bottleneck. So I got the TCU tune which is
brilliant in my view!
