C55 AMG Kleemann Headers: Installed
Some of you have been keeping up with my thread but for those that havent, I installed Kleemann headers and the downpipes this past saturday. Although I dont have many good quality videos/pics, I will post what I do have.
Trust me, more vids will come!! I got these installed by SpeeDriven in Palatine, IL.... the guys there know there stuff. Marcin is the man.
Here are two videos that I have on YouTube. More rolling and take offs to follow once the weather warms up... Stupid Chicago weather..
My current set up is as you see it in the one picture of the exhaust system with the primaries cut out. The Kleemann downpipes connect right to that point. Im thinking I might do a true dual system like Dre's..... I actually wouldnt mind it being louder Chime in with ideas and or comments.
Tune done by the great Jake himself from Eurocharged.

The response is definitely felt. Accelerations are MUCH quicker and you really feel the pull in the higher RPM's, which is something I believe is the greatest performance achievement these give you. Unquestionably more power throughout all of the range though. I havent been able to really let it loose because of the ice and freezing temps here, also I'm running my 225/17 all around winter tire set so that doesnt help either lol I believe I will definitely go to true dual or X pipe to the mufflers by May....... No resonator or cats needed

MBWorld Fanatic!
That's what I'm doing after I smog the car. I already have the secondaries and resonator out, but the piece of mind of dual exhaust and hopefully improved sound will be nice.
