Anyone have problem evo Sway bar rubbing? I installed the bars and there is a "clunking" noise coming from the front bar. Everything is tight, but there is a little paint chipping off the bar on both sides. I was wondering if anyone else had experienced any problems like this?

wat do you mean rubbing? rubbing against what? i have installed the bars and everything is fine~~

By rubbing I mean that the front bar is hitting one of the suspension arms in the front.

I had the same problem. I e-mailed Ben and they sent me a new swaybar with slightly different geometry and I haven't had a problem since.

i have that same problem with my Brabus Sway Bars?

does this mean they will have to order new sway bars from brabus???

When do you hear the clunking? Driving into dips and over speed bumps? I also have this kind of noise, but my car is too low for me to take a look at the sway bars. Just wondering if it might be the same thing.

Tom - That is exactly when I hear the noises. Basicly a clunking sound.
