Holler at Class C for installs. And to turn it on, just schmooz ALMOST any dealer(hint Auto Steigler) and they SHOULD do it for free. Helps to bring it in w/a warranty issue. Hey guys dont forget to get the clear fogs to complete the look

I have an 02 C32 . I had the dealer install 03 Bi-xenons. Here are the part numbers: 203-820-41-61 Lighting Unit $740.00
203-820-44-61 Headlamp $740.00
Labor $210.00

Total $1690.00

I started this project with Xenons as an option when new. Theses are US specs.

Their worth every penny!

stealer-dealer-stupid

just call my stupid dealer, about headlights replacement . Parts mans said "the part numbers were good numbers, but will not work" however, he will order pair for $1125.oo ea. Service informed him that swap will not work. Why don't dealers get info from same source?

The dealers are clueless..
I ordered from Steve and found a shop to set the xenon present.
The Euro ones are nice and a good deal.

Who makes the US 2003 W203 HID lamps for MBZ? Is it Bosch? If so, can they be ordered from Bosch? Any aftermarket or internet sources? Many internet sources for Hella HID units for W208, W209, W210 & W211, etc., but what about Bosch stuff? Thanks.

I have looked into doing the same for my 2002 a while back but eventually gave up as I never got a consistent answer.

Some shops said it's just a swap of the head-lights and then a reset. Some shops (including the body shop from House of Import in LA) said the wiring harness and the relay are also different as the power requirement for the xenons is much higher than halogen, so they would have to be switched out too and they are expensive!!

Bi-Xenon

Yea, Yea, the dealer also said the wire harness would need to be changed . Parts said "Service Department insist this swap will not work. " But if I would like to purchase the lights for $1125.00 ea. A credit card would make that happen. Where does it end?
