help don't understand

Your Smog Pump is probably burnt out. Happens sometimes when the relay gets stuck and the smog pump stays on constantly.

It's an emissions thing and does not affect anything else.

I may have to replace mine.....any links to were buy? Or schematics or how to test pump outside of car?

Before, I used a guy I found on Ebay who rebuilt my burned out smog pump for about $90 incl. shipping.
Looks like he's raised his price now altho you can make an offer too.

He's a good guy and has fast turnaround, I can def recommend him.

question...when I asked originally I end up finding out that a hose wasn't connected so since pump was fine after reconnecting hose again...then was the alternator issue got that fixed I had a 410 warning pop up days later noticed the plug for it was not connected so reconnected it and erased code drove car a few days later the 410 came back again during a 40-50 mile drive...I reset code and ok but sits til weekend....any idea what it may be or should I wait and see if code returns? I know secondary pump turns on for 30 seconds originally.

Why even keep the stupid pump on the car?

As previously said it only works when it is cold to reduce startup emissions.

Just remove the pump and use Star Diagnosis to version code the pump out so it won't throw any codes.
