i went over there and asked them about it.
the price is something like $6500 with out the installation. Thats for a pulley kit, modified cooling sys., and new down pipes with race cats. He said that the 378hp figure was overly underestimated. ECU remains unchanged.

I just got an email back from them, here is what they said...
"the K6 kit is a pulley kit plus additional
water cooler pump i.e. external modifications to the
supercharger.
The kit is $4,995.00 plus $875 install, one year warranty."

They also have a second stage of modification.... increasing displacement from the 3.2L to 3.6L and about 420HP. But i'm almost certain that this rating is at the rear wheels because those guys dont bull**** with number like most others do. that upgrade costs around $25,000.

Concerning the 2 brabus tuning kits, you have to consider that they have a really good warranty (3 years, 60000 miles), which is not the case of every tuners...
Concerning the 450 HP renntech kit, if it has a solid warranty, it can be a really good deal.
