Mintex or Porterfield???
I am looking to replace my brake pads for my C32. what do you recommend? i am hearing mintex and porterfield are good. and i see that mintex is a lot cheaper than porterfield..

if money wasn't an issue, but brake dust was, what would you get?

also, if money wasn't an issue and brake dust wasn't an issue, what would you get?

how do the mintex compare to the porterfields? do porterfields perform better??

No squeaks...even on a heavy vehicle like the ML. The tech put enough anti-squeal paste that comes with the kit. Got it from Jerry at formymercedes.com

i got mine from www.supremepowerparts.com... you tell them you want porterfield pads for your car. they can probably find the parts # for ya.

I have porterfields. I highly reccomend them. My wheels can stay clean for up to 2 weeks without washing my car and they grip better too.

I'm in! But mine is the AMG brakes up front and the stock C320 in back. Do I need different pads? Does the group buy apply to me?

I'm in, but how much? On myroadster.net it quotes the front for the C32 front (I have the C32 AMG brake upgrade) as $179 and the back (regular C320) as $89. What price would I get for the group buy?
