Any Lightweight (less than 20 lbs.) Wheels Made for a C32, 18"OZ Superleggeras work?

I've been trying to find some lightweight forged wheels in 18X8.5F 18X9.5R sizes to fit a C32. I've heard that the OZ Superleggeras are available in the right bolt pattern and offset but don't clear the brake calipers. Is this your experience or are some of you guys using these wheels? They seem to be the best option if indeed they work on the car. Anybody know of other options that weigh in under 20 lbs.?

Accomplice8,
I cannot help you with your question, but when you find the wheels you want, are you going to sell your OEM C32 wheels? I may be interested and am not too far away.

I may be trading the stock wheels for an after-market bumper when I get the new wheels in. If that doesn't happen I'll contact you.

white and whiter
I think the Superleggera III will work, but that cost a lot more than the Superleggera I.

There's really no other wheel unless you spend big bucks for the forge rims. i.e. SSR, iForge, HRE, etc

Try Iforged. There are some styles of Iforged rims for under 600, but thats probably more costly than the OZ rims. On top of that they are usually listed at 18x8 and 18x9 in that price range, which is smaller than what you stated.

There are two wheels which are under 20lbs and would fit a C32 without spacers: Kleemann TS-6 19" and Renntech Monolite 18". The Superleggeras are not as light as they claimed. The Superleggera III weights about 25lbs!!

It's the 1 piece Superleggera that is light. An 18" weighs around 17lbs.

2002 C-32 AMG Renntech
The Renntech's look sweet, but run about $800/900 a piece

Will they clear the C32 AMG brakes?

Superleggera CLAIMS to be 17lbs, but if you put it on a scale, its a different story.

Superleggera 18x9, 20lbs. I have a set here

Much lighter than their 3-piece counterparts, but you are right, not as light as they claim. Maybe the tires are supposed to be filled with helium.
