It will need to have bearings replaced as it turns smoothly by hand so don't think the rotors are damaged.
If it cannot be rebuilt, just return it within 90 days and I will refund your money in full.
I decided to just lower the price to $1500. I would sell it for even less but the larger TB and custom Dynocomp aluminum vented elbow was extra.
In fact, I think it would fit the new Eaton blowers as well. This unit is a twin screw Autorotor. That's why I listed it as a TWIN SCREW. The eatons are ROOTS.

I do know that the bearings need to be replaced for sure. It is NOT ready for bolt-on. Otherwise the price would be higher as it has an 82mm TB with the custom Dynocomp developed aluminum vented TB intake which smooths out the airflow in order to be tunable at high boost without causing the MAF to go crazy.

I want the buyer to do that and if it is not repairable then I will gladly accept the return.
If the unit was fully repaired/refurbished then I would charge more for it.
Ahmad,
If you want it, you can have it but you have to send it to Kleemann or repair it somewhere else. But I will accept the return and refund your money within 90 days if it can't be repaired however I will not responsible for outbound or return freight.
The price is $1500 with the attached TB and elbow.
Here are some pics that I just took at 5pm pst.

Otherwise the pics would really pop out better.
1) What is being sold here? Autorotor twin screw sc and 82 mm TB is what I see. What about the rest of the kit (heat exchanger, coolant lines, oil lines, boost a pump, etc)? Also you mention this custom elbow but I see it nowhere in the pics.
2) How many miles are on it and what pulleys were you running on it? Which bearings need to replaced (There's more than one)?
3) How much does it cost to ship to Kleemann from where you are?
4) It seems like the cost changes based on how you feel and time of day. Originally it was $1k as is, then $2k repaired, then $2k as is in this thread, and then $1500 as is. What's the final price?

Also you mention this custom elbow but I see it nowhere in the pics. The heat exchanger is NOT part of the kit. It is a CODE3 heat exchanger that I bought before I switched from the HPS kit to the Kleemann kit. coolant and oil lines are still at the shop as the Weistec uses it's own brand new lines so I can gather them up along with the custom elbow. I actually uploaded a pic of it in one of my previous posts. I am not sure if Weistec used reused the boost a pump or not but I doubt it. I believe Rich@Dynocomp already removed it. I have a brand new one too in a box that I ordered from Kleemann that was never needed in my garage. I think the fuel kit cost me close to $700. I am not including the boost a pump.
2) How many miles are on it and what pulleys were you running on it? Which bearings need to replaced (There's more than one)? It's got about 10K miles on it since I bought it. It's got 3 different sized pulleys. The one on it is a 65mm but I have a a larger 70mm and a smaller 60mm. I don't know how many bearings as nobody opened the unit up yet. ball bearings are cheap. The labor to open the unit up and refurbish the internals is where the cost is at.
3) How much does it cost to ship to Kleemann from where you are?
I imagine it would be about $100-150 but I would need another $50 just for the hassle of packing and delivering it to the Shipper.

HERE IS THE LINK TO THE THROTTLE BODY INLET ELBOW that comes with this unit. https://mbworld.org/forums/c32-amg-c...nlet-pipe.html

Having the bearings done can cost upwards of $2k. Yes parts are cheap but like you said the labor is not and it is very labor intensive.
I already have 82mm tb, snout, and intake just sitting on a shelf but I guess you would want to sell complete.
How about I pay $100 shipping to Kleemann and then decide after Cory inspects it.
I just looked at the elbow. So this connects to stock MAF? Wouldn't that and the intake be a restriction to air flow?

You were going to see if $100 was going to cover shipping cost. You never got back to me. You're a joke. You don't even know what you're selling or what's included and now this? Keep your SC, I wouldn't want to do business with a guy like you. You can't keep your word.
Pickup preferred! The cost of the throttle body and fuel kit (still NIB purchased for $700) is more than what I am asking for.
The only thing it does not include is a heat exchanger which was not part of the original standard kit anyway.
All the lines, etc... are included as the complete kit was removed when I swapped it out for the Weistec.
I am still offering a full-refund if the unit is returned as sold with all components within 30 days.
I will not be responsible for any freight or handling charges. That is why I prefer local pickup.
Ahmad, I hope you are not mad at me but if you arrange for pickup and packaging, you can have it for this asking price. I've hurt my back recently trying to get back in shape and don't want to handle the darn thing. It is not that light.
