C32 does not have aux for iPod. What's the best fix?
Right now I'm using a casset with the aux wire coming out. I basically just forced the lid closed and am pinching the wire. It works but I'm wondering if you guys have figured out a better solution? Change the sterio? But then I don't want to loose the functionality of the steering wheel buttons.

Second option is to follow the directions in the link below to add an aux port. If you have the skill or know someone that does, it shouldn't be too bad.

I think only the C32's with navigation have the aux port.

Do you need an aux input, or ipod? I replaced my cd changer in the glove box in my '04 C32 with a Gateway 500 unit, plays the ipod thru the CD circuit beautifully.

It is easy, and they (Denison) have many models, just have to order the one they spec for your model/year (my 2004 uses D2B optical, not the MOST architecture in later years). Only tricky part was making the connectors to take the place of the cd changer plugs, had to buy a couple of connector parts from the dealer.

If the other factory style plug cannot work for your particular radio you can add a converter with the wires.

2007 C 280
My 2007 C280 does not have the white connector to add the Aux jack. I know the pins are available on the back of the radio, does anyone know the pin-out or is able to use an ohm meter to determine what pins on the radio connect to the white connector ?
I think it's pins 11, 12 & 5 ....
