Will '06 CLS500 wheels fit a C55?

Will they fit without having to do any fender rolling? Has anyone done this upgrade as my rear tires will need replacing soon and found a set of nice CLS500 wheels locally for sale.

Thank you,
TobiasMB

There is not enough info in your post to give you an answer.

To explain more clearly:
I have a 2005 C55 with the OEM AMG wheels, 7.5 & 8.5 X 18" wheels.

I just found a very nice set of 2006 CLS500 AMG wheels that are 8.5 & 9.5 X 18" wheels.

Will they fit my 2006 C55 without fender rolling?

Thank you....

eclectic assortment of cars
Best to figure out the offset on those CLS wheels. There always seems to be quite a variation even with stock wheels. That said, my recollection is that the offset might be too low, but you need to post up the specs.

I believe TruTaing -- one of the forums moderators, has put CLS550 wheels on his W203. I would search some of his previous threads. I think it has been done, but you may have to use a different type or length of wheel bolt. You can try a PM to him also...

yes they will fit if you put smaller tires and get new lug bolts. Are these the AMG package wheels or the other 5 spoke flower rims?

The C55 offsets are all 28mm. and the CLS500 are all 35mm.
What size smaller tires are recommended? The C55 OE tires, 225/40 and 245/35-18 don't leave many choices to choose from! Both sets are the non 5 spoke rims.

Thank you....

Would like to know, did the 35 offset fit on the car comfortably?
