Definitive fuel pump numbers
So I'm trying to avoid a $4000 bill from the dealership for a fuel pump replacement. I'm getting strange hissing sounds from the fuel pump/filter area.
I've read so many threads about what is and isn't a replacement option... A lot of the eBay links seem to no longer be valid (listing ended)
Since MB don't supply the pumps outside of the assembly/tank ... I'm trying to track down the exact part numbers to order.
All I know is there are 2 pumps in the assembly, both pierburg. From the posts I've pulled out these two:
Main pump
http://m.rexbo.eu/pierburg/fuel-pump-722013020?c=100717&at=11221
Feeder pump http://m.rexbo.eu/pierburg/fuel-pump-721088620?c=100717&at=11221
Can anyone verify these are the correct pumps for the c32? I'm about to order and deal with the shipping cost to au. Want to make sure I get the right ones ... Not really an option to send them back because of the shipping costs. Can anyone help?

I went through the same thing: peirburg hasnt skipped a beat and the feeder you can get in AU (one sold which was me) : http://www.ebay.com/itm/New-GENUINE-...-/121014917544
https://mbworld.org/forums/c32-amg-c...ump-issue.html (peirburg p/n)
You might want to get some new seals to be on the safe side. (rubber rings for the screw plugs) :p/n 211 471 05 79. Hope this helps,

Thanks mate!
That confirms the main pump. Had a look at that ebay listing ... Doesn't seem like a lot of info in the listing. Did you happen to grab the p/n off the feeder pump before you installed it?
Main pump confirmed as Pierburg 7.22013.02.0 so far. Can find a solid reference to the feeder pump. The rexbo price is almost half of that ebay link if it is the correct part with I suspect it is.
BTW are you Melbourne based? I'm still trying to find an independent workshop who knows anything about these cars (Owned it for one month). Been to a couple of Benz 'specialists' and they don't seem to really have much of an idea about the C32. The dealership prices are beyond outrageous! Looking to find someone to diagnose the jerk at 1500rpm before I order the PWM solenoid. Wanna make sure it's not glycol in the transmission.

PM sent.
Sure, definitively go the rexbo if its cheaper all up etc. The ebay one that I listed seems to be the only one that I could find sold from AU. I would just follow that p/n that Gramma provided for the feeder the (VW) and hopefully you can cross reference to the rexbo.

Ok so I used the vw part number in Gamma's link to cross reference the vw part with the Mercedes part using this site:
http://www.yoyoparts.com/oem/6396472/mercedesbenz-a0014703194.html
Which confirms my suspicions with the feeder pump.
So the parts I'm ordering are the ones in my first post. Pierburg part numbers are:
Feeder: 7.21088.62.0
Main: 7.22013.02.0
I'll let you guys know how the install goes.

Great thanks I'll get mb to send one out.
Interesting I thought the fuel pump was on the passenger side in au too (left hand rear I.e opposite side to the us). Wouldn't have thought they would have changed the side of the fuel pump from us to au
