Turn off ESP while driving or racing?
Do you guys always turn the ESP off when driving on the street or racing on the track or autox?
I foud it the ESP comes on easily when i hit the gas a little bit from a dead stop. How to solve this problem?

Well... I dunno about you but I usually play it safe on the streets. I would never turn off ESP when I'm on a public road, just to make sure that I won't run sideways into a telephone pole. I haven't auto-x'ed or tracked my E55 yet but I am planning to do it next year. I think in a closed environment I will definitely turn off the ESP and put on a good show!

Was in two minds on this one - risk ESP backing off the power during a critical overtake vs powerwaltzing. Decided I prefer ESP after powersliding 30 degrees to the right, then 20 degrees to the left toward traffic. Sorted it, in the end but could've been nasty. Either the E55 is too slow on the tiller or my reflexes are not up to its raw power on a Friday evening after work on a busy road. Or come to think of it, anytime.

When driving a track or autox, I usually keep the ESP on for familiarization laps, and off after I have the layout down. You really can't run competitive times with ESP on. It won't let you apply the power at exactly the time you need to. You'll miss the power slides and throttle stearing opportunities. I run "sticky" tires on road courses and autox. On street tires, I'd probably keep the ESP on.
When running in the rain, I leave it on (of course, I switch to street tires in the wet). Better to be a few hundreths slower than off the track or into the Armco. Drags - always off.

i don't see how much faster if you turn off ESP.
leave it on is an ideal way dude especially you are in vancouver, you don't want to go side way
i don't think your engine has run-in yet... so does your tyres, it might cause abit slipping in small corners going out malls and dead stop acceleration.
i see big difference on my car before 5000km and after 5000km. and i used to complain the car won't go... my bad my bad.
one thing today, how interesting my snow tyres grip better than the stock michlin pilot... i was pulling out to the fast lane from deadstop on the middle lane, if i have the michlin on, it will slips for sure. and the snow tyres size are only 235. it's Pirellis, top model snow tyes =) cost me $3000.

one more question, i usually change the motor oil after the break in period on my other cars. Is it needed for the C32 to change motor oil after the break in period? or just wait until the first oil service?

The car is definitely faster off the line with esp off. After the 2nd gear it doesn't really matter in straight line.
I wouldn't recommend completely turning off esp with the menu's it is pretty dangerous on our c32 because of the power. Maybe some people would do it just for autoX but I drive with just ESP off for those events and it is fine.
