C32 shorty headers - Fire sale

Installed these recently and am quite pleased, especially with the price/gain ratio.
My car definitely pulls harder. I have noticed a tapping sound while revving/accelerating and I think it's a small exhaust leak. I've been extremely busy recently and haven't had the time to investigate further but I'm hoping it's something very small that can be fixed by my local exhaust shop in 10 minutes.
Crossing my fingers that it isn't something that will require disassembling the exhaust system again.
Has anyone else had this issue? I know I torqued EVERYTHING to spec, except for maybe a couple of the copper nuts that hold the headers to the engine. Surprisingly though, I got those very tight.

You will hear this "taping" noise as long you are with these headers! The fact that they are from separate tubes make them "ringing" like that.
I remove mine 3 time to investigate this sound... changed gaskets, put exhaust paste on the cone, still same.

wanted to share some feedback....
I got my EC Shorty Headers installed about a month ago just last night applied the EC Tune that Jerry and Nic helped me with (took 15 minutes, no glitches). WOW huge difference in power from the low end and especially from 80+ mph the pull is very strong!
I waited a month to apply the tune (no reason, just too busy) and after doing it my advice is you MUST get the EC Tune with the Header install to optimize the power gain which is freaking awesome!!
The EC Custom Tune process is actually super easy you run the software to create a base file that you send to EC and indicate your upgrades which i had 178mm, nw intake, ec headers. a day later Jerry sent me back the file and you just connect your laptop with EC Flash software back to the car (USB connector from laptop to ODBII connector on car).
After the tune the throttle response was awesome you just touch the pedal and immediate power which before my car had that slight lag at lower speeds. Only problem is i absolutely need new Pilot Sports or better tire as My 6 month old continental all season DWS tires just spin like crazy with even just a slight touch of of the pedal.

any of dem there headers left?? would like to add a pair of these with my intake, 65mm pulley, secondary cat delete, before im back in league city and come see you guys for a tune
