C32-SLK32 new Member \ Supercharger Prototype
Ok so I’m brand new to the AMG thing and am brand new to this forum…. (I have always been a Audi & BMW guy.) I recently moved to LA from Dallas TX and purchased a SLK32 for my Wife for $4900(needed work) and then a deal came up on a non-running C32. I picked it up for $3700.00 and after dumping 3 k worth of parts into it it’s running fantastic!
Tonight I was looking for some new wheels on Craigslist when I found a C-32 supercharger that supposedly has 0 miles on it and he is saying it was a proto type…. I did not believe it for a second but it was only 100 bucks so its not a waste of $$ in my mind at that price… I just picked it up and am attaching the photos.. It looks just like the one in my C32 and SLK32 minus a few weird anomalies suck as temp & pressure sensors an extra bolt hole and vacuum line port missing.…. What do you think its worth anything? My supercharger on the C32 and SLK32 are perfect so I don’t need it but WTF.. If I were to sell it who would buy a pro-type and who would believe it... thoughts?

I don't know what the difference is there but it looks like a great find. im envious rather. I want a spare unit to send to steigmeirer for port and polish purposes. also that looks like a brand new intercooler! pretty sure you could sell all that stuff pretty easy.
