yah, Jesmb.de has done it again
I gotta say I like the shiftknob in my 32 better. The steering wheel rocks, but since it has shift buttons I doubt I'll be able to fit it to my car. Imma just get the AMG Softtouch steering wheel..

Is it just me or the cluster and the center console looks a lot like an audi except in blue. even the steering wheel looks like an audi A4.

I agree, very similar to the A4. Even the chrome surrounding the dials protrudes like the Audi.

I like it.

yup i agree,

looks very similar to my 03 a4. Even the steering wheel. I really like Audi interiors (namely their convenient compartments) but i do like my c32 interior better. Very unique, very german.

The dash buttons look a little too squared off for me, but besides that looks damn good!

Anybody know what the bulge is for on the top-center air vent? Don't remember having that in my 2002.

Like everything except for the apperance of the shift knob. BTW, looks like there's a button on the shift knob for MB's one button start feature.

MK899-
The bulge looks like it would be for the Parktronic display, however its doubtful if C-Classes in the US will get Parktronic as an option along with the Keyless Go option that seems to be seen in the picture as well.

dash is tight, gauges are nicer than current (despite being Audi-ish). shift knob and steering wheel are utter trash, imo

i like the gauges a lot better, it was qute a turnoff having the tachometer really small and not going in a full arc

I don't like the C55 steering wheel at all! I really only like the new Navigation vs. the C32

I had my dealer 2 weeks ago put in my order for a new 04 C32 even though I knew I could wait for the C55 but I'd rather stick with the C32 than waiting for the C55. I should get it in 3 months he said.

I really don't want to wait and then end up paying even more money (I've heard like $7K more possibly) especially as my goal is to get an E55 next. This C32 is kind of a step in the right direction.

Also, I have to say, I believe the C32 vs. the C55 (i.e., face) has more character and sharper lines. The C55 looks almost roundy and Volkswagin'ish to me. Just my opinion.

That posted pic is not a C55 AMG interior. The interior and the car looks like a facelifted Sport model. An update to the just updated 2004 Sport interiors:

2004.5 C230 Sport Sedan
2004 C320 Sport Sedan

No I don't. If they are going into production this month in Europe then I guesstimate that the 2005 C-Class may hit the states early like late spring of something. Just a guess.

Vader and Oggle, that is the interior of the currant in the showroom C230 and C320 Sport Sedans. The regular C240 and C320 get some wood.

Totally agree with you, I was very happy with the 2004.5 update to the exterior but the steering wheel change doesnt really fit with the rest of the car. They almost got it completely right...
