It is an OEM grille. Check the new prices for them new. I think my price is quite fair

if you have a standard grill and want to fit this grill, dont you have to change the hood latch as well. Also the center bracket is differennt to the front valance? John

John, I'm not 100% positive that the grille fits. The W203 gurus can confirm whether it does or does not. But I've seen a few people convert the starless grille that comes factory on the C32/C55 with the W209 grille that I have.

You'll need these two parts to put the W209 grill in a C55:
Brace (support): 209 888 0090
Hood Latch: 209 880 0064
