i have that stepper issue now for the 2nd time and fixed it under warranty about 10 years back. its currently broken on the passenger side vents but allows the winshield vent only to work so can alteast defrost the window since i am not ready to pay hundreds to fix this....

seems like at 12+ years old these cars start having all kinds of strange sounds and electrical things come up. glad yours is generally driving strong and amazing you only at 60k miles.

U have had ur car for long time, got mine 2 years ago, it just seems like it never ends with things to fix

I'm a type of person that has to have everything perfect and in working condition, it just seems like one thing after another, mechanical car is awesome, I ran 12.67@110.46 with 2 baby sits in car,(no kids) but all the little things are making me frustrated.

The stepper motor is making noise on passenger side will take apart in spring time. Thanks for everyone's help
