You upgrading the whole system or just adding that to the stock setup?
I already have 2nd cat delete + xpipe no resonator to stock mufflers...
with the downpipes it will remove the primary cats as well, if the smell is too bad, or it is too loud in the cabin I will had some high flow (probably 300cell) cats in there somewhere
Curious to see if this a good setup and if these are worth it. Going to stay the NA route down the road and want to get a full exhaust system so I can help the C55 breath a little better.
I have the c55 headers and chip from kleemann. I deleted all four cats but kept the resenator.... it sounds fantastic.. I live in co springs where the U.S. headquarters is, so he did the install as well included in the price... funny part is I got the chip longtime headers and he replaced my motor mounts all for $1600
Damn, that's a nice setup! I am just waiting for that perfect time for a great deal!
Do you have a point of contact that I can call over there?
Thanks.. are you askig for kleemann # or my #? Lol. Guess Im not getting the context. Either way pm me. The thing i dont like about kleemann, is if you are trying to go with a setup not made by them ( example. Asked about an e55 kompressor and just lower the psi to 7) they say it's impossible. And they don't have a dino.. that's why I say i have a chip but not dynotuned... But plus side is I ran my fastest time at bandimere speedway last night(5800ft not sure the d/a) at 13.6 103mph!!!! Can't eait to get my car to sea level!!!
Kleemann. If you have a direct point of contact, that would be great. I'm still trying to figure out if I want to get an exhaust system, chip and dyno tune. Or if I should just keep it as is and save up for a C63.

Corey is good to deal with at Kleemann,

Kleemann USA 719-473-6441.. and to who asked about the c32 yes they still do make headers. Brendan is a vary knowledgeable person. He did all my work, great guy
check my build thread for some pictures...it literally transforms the car...best 700$ ive dont BY FAR! It pulls so much harder across all RPMS. I have to add some high flow cats now because it smells pretty bad with no cats
I didn't do a before and after on my E430 but at a local dyno day I was about 50 HP below a couple of stock 55's. On paper without the headers I should have been down about 75 so I picked up around 25 HP or 10%
AMG sold a few F1 Medical Car-edition C55 in Germany. They were equipped
with (snake-)headers before primary cats, and a different software. The cars
had more, like 19 inch wheels and CLK-front etc.
They claimed 400 hp for that version which is a gain of 33 hp.
Kleemann headers deletes the restrictive primaries and in combination with
their software the gains would be in the 43-48 hp range.

That's with the software, I know I'm being picky but I was hoping for just the header upgrade numbers. I appreciate your answering.
