Carl, take it to the dealer and go for a ride with the shop foreman so you can demonstrate the noise. If possible try to make the noise while shifting your body weight when the car is parked, the foreman can then get under the seat and pinpoint the parts that need replacing.

I've driven 2 new BMW's (Z4 & 530) as well as a Cadillac CTS and all of the seats squeaked. Also, the current and last generation C-class, the W208 CLK, and the last generation E-class had/have squeaky seat problems from my experience.

Seat shock absorber p/n
Pass your Service Advisor this part number:

It is common for a rubber part to fall off. A203 919 00 45, rubber seat shock absorber, located at the rear of the seat, each seat should have two.

Just a guess, but worth a look.
