Some of you boys are gonna be upset with me.

I just opened the last pack of new 203 AMG floor mats in the US dealer inventories.
I've had them for a few months but waited until today to put them in. My car had no mats previously.
Our detail guys did a nice quick clean up of my car so I thought it would be as good a time as any to install the mats.
When these things get beat up in my daily driver C55 I guess I'll have to grab non-AMG stuff.

I got to thinking about it and I remember having C32 mats on the shelf at work back in the day but I don't recall having any that said C55. I know they dropped the model names from the mats a while back but don't know if any ever had C55 on them.

you have eüro mats they never had model designation.
your rear mats also have AMG embroidery?

I have never used my C43 mats, they are still factory sealed since many years

I have US market mats. Considering I'm the Mercedes parts guy who sold them to me I feel confident in that statement.

Yes, the rears have the AMG logo.

As I stated above I recall the earlier AMG floor mats having specific model names on them. That was phased out in favor of the AMG logo about 10 years ago. Yeah, I've been doing this for a little while. In fact, the C55 didn't exist when I started with MB.

I have those same mats plus the stock ones.

. any mats Q-6* are US spec and those do not look like the German ones since I have them and they are ribbed.

I forgot about the floor mats with different color borders.

We've got access to some ribbed fabric floor mats on some newer cars.

There were tons of complaints when MB dropped the rubber floor mats with the honeycomb pattern.

Nothing really special about the mats themselves. Just plain old 203 AMG mats. However, it was the last set available in the US dealer network. They are marked as final stock and discontinued.
