How many C32 AMG were made in Orion Blue Color
Hi all, Thank you in advance for answering, I'm flying this weekend to canada from the u.s. to buy a c32 amg in orion blue, i know they are probably even more rare than the regular ones, does anyone know how many were made in orion blue? and what it would be worth in your opinion?
It's 2003 C32 AMG in Orion Blue metiallic, blue lining inside. fully loaded except no navigation. 108k miles on it.

I wish I knew the answer to your question, it might help shed some light on how many Mars Red C55's were built. That's a sharp-looking blue! Any difficulty expected bringing it back down to the US, assuming that's your plan?

i've actually been looking this and researching it past few days, i only put a down payment on it so far. I had to make sure i get a certificate of conformity which basically tells them at the border that this car can be registered and driven in the u.s. (it also states on the side door that it's EPA - US approved). The car has to basically be built to u.s. epa laws. I plan to fly out there, get temp plates for 10 days, add the car to my insurance before i fly out there, and just drive it with the certificate of conformity. They might still give me hard time but they have to allow it in since it conforms.
It's funny because some CL class mercedes don't conform to u.s laws and can't be imported to the u.s from canada but i'm glad this one does.
how many reds are there? i'm also currently eyeing a 2006 c55 amg, never been in one, is it that much more powerful than C32? worth the upgrade?

I wish I could answer regarding how many reds were built. I know there's two shades of red, just like I believe there were two shades of blue offered. My brother was visiting recently, and his daily driver is an '02 C32. He spent some time behind the wheel of my C55 and his first comment was the more aggressively-bolstered seats. Also, he was shocked at how relatively quiet my 55 is vs his audible supercharger whine. The power numbers are close, but the blown M112k has more tuning potential than the N/A M113. I personally prefer the facelifted interior and W209 front-end of the C55 and am happy with my purchase. Either way, I'm looking forward to news of your adventure. If it works out well for you I'd be eager to see what else can be brought down.

very nice red!!! i was debating getting a C55 but the C32 i'm buying is also tuned to 375 hp and was hard for me to get a C55 after seeing that, i believe C55 is 362hp, with the rare blue and low cost (5k) i had to buy it right away, he had the listing up on ebay for 2 hours and i bought it right away.
There is only 2 C55 near me for sale and both are listed around 10k (1 has 100k and 2nd has 65k), tempted to buy the 65k miles one or at least test drive it. i wouldn't mind owning 2 but i wish i had the room for them both. i'm happy now with my truck and this beast for summer time (truck for winter). i'll update next weekend when i'm back from canada how it went, but you can import most cars from there as long as you know they sold same ones here, very rare occasion do they not conform with same exact car type hence why you need that certificate from mercedes, it will go thru all the specs and tell you if they conform in the us. (free from mercedes benz)

All I want is a C55 wagon. Doesn't even have to be red, but it helps. North America got the regular W203 wagon but no AMG models, so I don't know if they could be imported or not. Where do you live? I live near Seattle.

C55 wagon would be awesome! But they were extremely rare even in Europe.

I would love to know colors / production numbers. I have a 2005 C55 that is Cobalt blue. It looks black when it’s darker and has a nice metallic blue in the sun.

Sounds like what Mercedes calls Diamond Schwartz Metallic. Everyone thinks my car is black until they get close to it under the sun or a florescent light and then the blue pops.

Nevermind, unless it's not the ML.

I'm yet another C32 owner wishing there was something for production numbers broken down by color. Mine is beige, or "Desert Silver Metallic", and it's the only one I've seen in person that color. Seen photos online of two others. I don't think it's as rare as the blue or red though.
What do you guys think about starting an online W203 AMG registry or something? Would be great to collect information from people who actually own them, and we could at least make educated guesses for how common certain colors or option combinations are based on that.

Definitely, I'm a software engineer by profession. It sounds like a fun project for this winter... but if nobody cared I'd better off spending the time on other things. If there's interest then I'd be stoked to make it happen. I have a few domains that I keep registered and already have hosting that could be tied to them. To start with I could use one of my existing domains and my existing web hosting and as next steps we could talk about options for getting it onto its own domain.
EDIT: I have started a new thread, with a poll to judge interest, here: https://mbworld.org/forums/c32-amg-c...-interest.html

I have C32 estate version in alabaster white. I was searching a bit in google and haven't found any in this color in estate. C55 estate only. Being not much familiar with MB, but from my observation is, that alabaster white was more popular 2004+ than before.
