BMW and MB
He was in the market for a sport sedan. After test driving the 3 Series and the C Classe he came back to me and he said:
If you want Performance with Luxury, you buy a BMW.
If you want Luxury with Performance, you buy a Mercedes Benz.
Just something I thought I would share, thought it made decent sense.
I'll always be an MB Man, but I thought the way he put it was a valid opinion.
If you want Performance with a little bit of Luxury with lot of problems and bad service, you buy a M power.
If you want Luxury and Performance with okay problems and nice service , you buy an AMG.
Well, I would like to add more to it:
If you want Performance with a little bit of Luxury with lot of problems and bad service, you buy a M power.
If you want Luxury and Performance with okay problems and nice service , you buy an AMG.

If you want performance and Bangle, go to Bimmer
bmw and mercedes both have great cars...It is up to the buyer if he likes the feel of the bmw or the feel of the mercedes.
On the service thing you can have a bad experience at any dealer.
the only thing i see is that the interior on my 93 is beautiful zebrano wood (granted it's been treated quite kindly due to my cleaning and taking care of) but when i look inside a 93 3series, i see a lot of plastic.
but then again, the 124 wasn't head to head with the e36 (92-99) 3 series . . . . it was the e34 5 series that teh E/D class was up against....am i mistaken?
and for free
jus thought id point that out
also... the mb dealership near me, gave me a free alignment even though im clearly WAY out of my suspension warantee
if anything even goes wrong, I can jus go back and b*tch at them 2 fix it and they always do
they still have not f*cked up my bumper despite it being lowered
i never have to make an appointment no matter what i need and they have always gotten the car back to me the same day
car wash... service A, service B... squeaky brakes... squeaking whatever...they will take care of it...
even I told them my suspension is making noise... they still checked it out for me despite me having aftermarket suspension
they checked it out and told me what was wrong so I could tell the body shop
they never act snobby when im sitting in the showroom doing hw waiting 4 my car in basketball shorts or messing around wit the SL's or S-classes or G-classes in the showroom, despite me clearly being a teenager...
the sales reps always come over and talk 2 me and if they think i really like the car they offer to let me test drive it, i test drove a new w209 CLk55 not to long ago...
told him bout the women I bought the c32 from how she let me test drive it but not floor it...the sales man responded with "cause shes old...go ahead, floor this baby!"

"get out of the car"
we were in a used Z3...
BMW SERVICE!!
most people saw bmw has excellent reliability since they provide a 6yr 100,000 mile warantee...
i dont understand why some people dont see it as an indication that they could possibly be offering that kind of warantee because their cars could be less reliable?
Sales have a 180 degree chance of attitude as soon as they realise you are actually interested in buying something at BMW
