Unhappy Help me!!!!
Recently it has developed a strange problem, the car seems to have lost a good percentage of its power. This is particularly noticeable when going uphill, it does not respond when I press the gas paddle all the way. Do you think this is software related? Your response will be greatly appreicated.

Not responsive even when I downshift to 2nd gear. It is when the car is traveling at 50km/h. 3rd gear at 100km/h.
No Response to kick down also.

if im going up a hill it won't goto kickdown either....i think it's normal going up HILL

Many things could happen: valve body, transmission, IC etc etc. I think its best for you to have the dealer check on it. Its hard for us to determine your problem just by the description.

It has the same problem when I am going on the straight.
2nd gear only 50km...........and the car seems lazy and refuse to upshift to 3rd gear.

Time to unplug the ECU and let it reset. Sounds like the adaptive program is retarding your performance....dunno, just a hunch.

no way man..the dealer's gonna say, "hmm you are not supposed to mod a mercedes"

I dunno simon thats sounds weird was it the same problem you had before?

Well actually some C32's have exactly that problem. The problem is the supercharger does not respond. You have to go to your dealer and he'll fix it. It's an official MB problem.

We recently had a report of the Kompressor shutting down when at full throttle. This news is just about 1 week old. Not sure what your dealer needs to do. Guess all you need is a software update, but your dealer should informed.

it could be your intercooler pump failed

then it will cut power and not engage the supercharger. Can you hear the supercharger whine?

I did not hear any weird sound from my car.
Last night, I downshift to 2nd gear and then floor when going up hill, the response was slow and I had to wait at least 5 seconds from 50km to 85km.
The car was fine this morning. I don't know what is happening.
