New c32 guy
Hi all:
I'm picking up an 03 Brillaint Silver C32 tomorrow. I was previously driving a modified 97 Mustang Cobra. This C32 will be a nice upgrade
A little background info: My name is Dean and I'm a Co-founder and the developer of DynoPerformance.com, which offers a searchable database of dyno results for many makes and models of vehicles. I plan to track mods on my C32 with before and after dyno results and will make them available on my site and post the results in this forum:
For example, you can check out the progress of mods and increased horsepower / torque on my Cobra here:

I plan to do the same thing with my C32.
Looking forward to meeting all of you.
Cheers!

Thanks guys! Going to post my thoughts on performance mods in a new post soon. At first glance, it appears modifying the intake system beyond installing K&N air filters isn't worth the time and effort, as the stock setup appears to be very efficient. Anyways, I'm curious to hear everyone's input. More to come///

yes I think putting the intake from the SL55 would give you some horses and probably a necessity if you choose to do pulley mods, headers etc.
I think the biggest gains on the track will probably come from overhauling the cooling system in the car. It loses power so fast on a hot day.
But gosh I love the way this car feels when it is cold outside

Hey guys. I'm also a new member as I just picked up my pewter 03 two weeks ago. I've been in and out of this site for a while and am way behind the power curve on all these mods. Is there any sort of natural progression that most people take when modifying their rides? More specifically, is there a concensus starting point as to what to do first? Thanks.

welcome to the board... i think the main focus on hte C32 should be in the intercooling system... fix the weaknesses be4 making it stronger elsewhere!!! I will be fixing that weakness in the next couple of months!!

At the risk of sounding like an idiot, let me ask the following question. What is it about the intercooling system that you are fixing, and what kind of results will that generate?
