How wide can you go?

I was wondering how wide can you go on the front wheels/tires on a stock C32, will 19 x 9.0-19/275/30 wheel/tire fit? thanks.

I'm guessing 245 max for the front.

for the rear anything bigger than 265 you'll probably need to roll the fender. Some 265 will rub too depends on the rims style.

Yes, don't take the chance unless you are positive they will fit. I had this problem on my Mustang Cobra - 18X9.5 in the front with 275/40/18s rubbed badly. I drove away, then turned around back to Direct Tire Co. They took them back (couldn't believe it, but they did) and ordered 275/35/18s which fit. Also you don't want to go so wide that the tires buldge out of the fender flares. I guess it is a matter of personal preference, but I think the tire buldge outside the fender looks ridiculous.

Oh, and keep in mind 30 profile means less protection for your rims. If you hit a few decent sized potholes, your rims will probably warp. Even with my 18X9.5s with 35 profile tires, I was especially careful not to hit potholes, but when I went in for new tires, they said 2 of my rims were noticably warped.

Good luck!

275/35 has thicker side wall then my 255/35/18s in the back or my 225/40 up front.LOL i've yet busted my rims, and I've gone over couple nasty potholes at time when I wasn't been more careful. After the first time I went over the pothole, my steering used to shake from 55-60mph. BUT after the dealership fixed my front suspension squeaking problem the shaking is also gone, so I am lost at what was causing the shake. I'm thinking because they did the alignment for free, they might have rebalanced the wheel or something.
