Considering purchase of used '02 C32
I am considering the purchase of a used '02 C32 AMG. In the past few months I have lurked in the shadows and read a lot of the helpful information posted on these forums. I was wondering if anyone knows of any problem areas I should be on the look out for when I go to test drive the car in a few days?
Also, if I am not mistaken, can I stick the new clear lens Xenon light assemblies onto the car without too much hassle? If so, is it possible for someone to post the part numbers? (my searches have been fruitless thusfar)

With the exception of my C32, I have shipped the other M Benzes back. C32 will soon be sent on a boat back home (Austria).

Mario.. you are going nuts again. The car can be serviced anywhere for its nothing special. If you want to ship your car to mars go ahead but the point stands that the service is the same in both the USA and Europe. I am not sure where MB went wrong but I will say you need to take your car to a place where you have developed a friendship with the service manager and advisor. This helps a bunch. Let me know what you need fixed and I will introduce you to some people who can help.
Cancle that boat and just enjoy the car!

Just check the service records. I have had a few minor problems but were always made right to my full satisfaction. As with all cars, a few are problem vehicles, but if the electrical repairs on the car have been minimal, you should have few problems.
