Question Need recommend for 235/35/19 tire, pls....

Hi All,

My two rear Pirelli P7000 235/35/ZR19 tires just went down within a year... ... and now the tire center recommends me theTOYO 4 because they said the P7000 is no longer to produce. So, do you think TOYO 4 is the good tires for C32 or other brands you currently run and they are good to have . Your simply recommemdation i highly appreaicted it!!

The ones that move me
235's on the rear??
I am using goodyear F1 GS-D3, 255 rear (stock rims). Not sure if they offer this in a 19". Michelin PS2 is also very good.
my $0.02

Toyo Proxes T1-S, stock size. So far, so good. My stock Pirelli's lasted about 12000 miles. With them, I could spin my wheels pretty easily. The Toyos feel good, and wheels don't spin as easy.

You are not going to just change the rear tires, are you? You should change all four. I dont think you should put a set of all-season tire on a C32, especially with 19's. Get Toyo T1-S, it is always highly recommended by me. For the price, performancea & durability, dont think there is any tire out there that can beat it.

And yeah, why do you put 235/35/19 in the rear??? It should be 265/30/19.

235/35/19 or 265/30/19

To Harris,

Actually i dont know why my wheel store gave me 235/35/19 at rear...
My wheel is LM-5 with 19X8.5 et38 and i just recognized that all my four tires are the same size of P7000 235/35/19. So, do you think 265/30/19 is still better for my rear tire ?! Bty, i have installed the H&R lowering cup kit. What is the marketing price of TOYO T1-S now ?! The price i have for TOYO 4 is $175.00 each. Again, many thanks to ALL!!

You gotta pay if you want quality. I mean, why would you buy all kinds of expensive stuff for you car, and skimp on the one thing that makes your car preform. It does not matter how good your brakes are, how good your suspension is, or how much power you have if your tires do not translate it to the ground.

AaronC, I'm well aware of that...just givin' ya a hard time my finances only allow me to obtain somewhat decent tires, w/ more than subpar performance, if I had endless amounts of money, I'd be running PS2 too!! :p

ya ps2s are really expensive. But from looking at one of lukes post, it seems to be the best performance overall. Im getting ps2s soon, and yes its gonna kill my wallet, but wanted to see the difference between the stock pirelli zero rossos i have now and the ps2s.

After all.....

Finlly, i use TOYO T1-S 265/30/19 for two rear tires today and it feels much better the P7000 235/35/19!! The price is reasonable, too. After all, i learn the alignment and balance are both very important for my lovely tires!! So, dont get too lazy to do it every 3,000 miles lor......
