C's new lOOk
What do you think of the newly painted wheels?
I Happened to be close to the fuel tank while the motor was running. I heard the fuel pump running in inconsistent sound. It sounded as if it was turning on and off, however without a pattern. Do you think I should worry? I must add that the car drives fine and normal.

Wheels look cool though I prefer the shine from the factory.
If you are concerned about the sound, you should drop by your dealership and have them take a listen. It may be nothing but better to be safe than sorry! Keep us posted.

Update !
Update!
Have taken the vehicle to the dealership to inspect the pump. As it turned out, the pump was in fact defective and required replacement. They said that both pumps (In tank & inline) need to be replaced. Now, as I have mentioned before, there were no noticeable performance or drivability issues what so ever. I advise that you guys should keep an attention to your pumps as well.

I just had mine replaced. Listen for the sound with your door open when you turn the key to ACC (just before starting). If you hear an odd noise from the back wheel area it's probably your fuel pump. They will have to replace the whole tank and rear subframe.
Been there, Done that too :o
