I have a 2003 C230 Sedan with 17" C32 AMG wheels, and c32 front brake setup. I found a set of 17" AMG wheels from a 2002 CLK, would these fit on mine, over the AMG brake setup? The tire size of the wheels I found are the same for a c32, but just wanna make sure they will clear the brakes.

It appears that the general consensus is that 37mm 17"x7.5" is the perfect size to fit over the C55 large brake kit.
My question, and I can't find it in this thread: would 35mm 17"x8" fit?

The Tire Rack sells a knock-off that they label "Sport Edition". The wheels I have are 19's that were bought from the Tire Rack a year or so ago for an SL500. I found them used, with tires for $800 and the fit my C55 perfect. The "Sport Edition" wheels are of really nice quality and ride great. No complaints here.
