thanks john. nope, the ride height looks okay because it's on 18s. lol

i ran into a problem with the driver mirror signal however...the crap started glitching from probably loose contact in the connector, but I have no idea how to fix it yet. one min it works and one min it is giving me error.

Thanks!

The 55 was running like hell, even against some C63. the video was taken on an uphill - part of "my private Autobahn" it´s so empty, that the most of time, you running alone
sometimes you find an truck on the motorway, so you can pass it with 200km/h more, which gives you an imagine how fast 280km/h are and scares the sh** out of some passengers in the Car

there was the C55 a bit better, because it is/was never so popular like the 63 and was a kind of "sleeper".

greetings

Amazing how much faster the C63 shifts compared to the C55. Do you have more information about the Speedshift System and Driver's Package? We didn't get either of those in the US as far as I know.

Hello
The Speedshift system (internal called M2) is an updated gearbox-controling, the mode "C" is not avaiable any more, and you get an switch to choose between standard shift-times or the faster once.
The faster system will be only function in the "M" mode. the gearing is much faster and also harder as in standard mode, even the paddles was included in the update.
The switch for changing between M1 and M2 is coming from the CLK-DTM and -not 100% sure- the gearbox-software is also from the CLK DTM. (I´m on work right now, later I can post a picture of the switch)

I was driving in the "D" mode on the Video, but in M2 mode the shifts are the same speed like the C63.

Drivers-Package means that the Limiter is set up to 280km/h (normal 250km/h) and was including an Basic training at the AMG-Driving Academy.

Greetings

Ah, ok. Then that is the shift program I've read about on here that they won't let us have over here! I would love to have some quicker shifts, that's my only real complaint about the transmission.

CLK rims on a C32
My new winter kicks. Should I paint them gray? My beat up factory rims with 120k will get a re-spray while off for the winter. Can I get Wurth or similar in a pint size for my paint gun?

Eurocharged Performance does an amazing TCU tune where the redline is raised, shifts are unbelievably quicker, and besides C & S mode you get M mode- meaning full manual mode that, unlike the stock tiptronic, you actually control what gear the car is in and when it shifts . Really closed the gap on which of my cars is the funnest to drive in the S curve roads surrounding my house. Tell Jerry@Eurocharged.com , Greg sent you

That's what's great about the dip. The edges naturally cut around the seams. For example if you spray over your tailights and trunk, the seam btwn the light and the trunk will have a natural separation.

So yes, it was easy to just peel right off and didnt really need to be very gentle.

No this isnt an ad for Plasti Dip.

i'll post more pics of my car soon
