155 in the C32... 130ish in the C55... Fastest I've been was an indicated 175 in my long gone 88' 928 S4.... I've heard that porsche speedos are very optimistic, so I doubt it was any higher than 170...

so far it's been 140 in my c55, but that was in my testing the car phase, don't know the next time i will feel so abliged to do it, although it sure got there quick... i was on te 405 going to LAX about 4:30 AM... fun times

There's one straightaway on I-99 (US 220 in central PA) north where I've done these top speed tests.. The road is as straight as an arrow and there was no place for the cops to hide until just recently...

I'm on the same wimp train. I was kinda proving my AMG power to some stupid new Acura TL and once I did I pulled back at about 130mph on I-280 in Northern Cali. My fiancee' was pissed at me. The engine felt like it want to pull even more.

while you racing guys pushing to the limit, do you stay on 4th gear or 5th gear , please tell me what is your gear shift patterns when trying the top limit.
