Buying a 2002 C32 with NAV - Does it have Sirrius (Sat) Capability? How is the NAV?

I am Buying a 2002 C32 with NAV (is the "Command?) - Does it have Sirrius Capability Built in?
Also are there more recent Nav discs that I can buy? are they cd or dvd based? is it a good sytem?
