Any Eibach Springs owners with issues? rubbing?

I recently bought the car really lowered and the front tires rub bad. The rears bottoms out with 4 people when I hit bumps. It's an Eibach Pro-Kit (I think) because the springs say Eibach and have this on them:

Front Springs:
11 250 0103V

Rear Springs:
EW 253 8002

I don't know if the springs were cut but whatever I have sucks. Shocks look stock.

Has anyone used the Mercedes PAD System to correct this issue?

Sounds like the springs are cut because Eibach doesnt lower the car that much (~1-1.2"). There is no way the car will have rubbing problems with just the springs uncut.

And your car doesnt have spring pads in the front, even the springs pads wont help you much because the difference between the thickest pad and thinnest pad is only a little more than 1/2".

No matter whose springs you have (cut or un-cut) the front should not rub. Does the car have the stock rims and tires? If not give us the sizes.

I agree. They must be cut. The front actually doesn't look that lowered - even so they rub when I turn. Anyway, thanks alot for the info.

Rims are stock / Tires are stock size

I agree - shouldn't rub!

If they are stock tires and rims they will not rub even if slammed to the ground. That is the purpose of the bump stops. to keep the tires from contacting the fenders. They can't be stock size tires or rims.

Why would you tell me my rims and tires aren't stock? They are ... and the tires rub in the front. In fact, they rub so badly they've torn away a 4"x4" section of the inner fender on the driver side exposing the windwasher container and fog light wires! The passenger side rubs the same place but not as bad.

When I remove the tires I'll get pictures. You'll love them. :-/

Maybe your car has been crashed and the front end is pushed in So your tires are 225/45/17's in front? I run 245/40/17's in front with one finger gap between fender and tire with no rubbing.
