I'm in. I like my C55 but I'll jump ship if they build a four door.

It actually looks better than I imagined, with the "new" 5,6 & 7 series appearance I was expecting the new 3 series 4-door to have the same butt. The tail lights do look very to me. Any work on engine/drivetrain?

One of my first 'attainable dream cars' i.e., "I'm gonna get one of these someday when I have money" cars was the 4 door M3 back in the early 90's...of course, as i drive around in the awesome C55, I often think back to those days and ask myself, "Self, if a 4 door M3 were to be available again, would you give this car up for it?". The verdict's still out on that one, I would have to drive one first. But it is tempting...decisions, decisions...

I don't like the stigma that goes with the M3, neither do I care for the looks... My favorite M3 continues to be the E30. It's a shame that BMW is leaving their roots and losing the magic that made their cars so unique... Being that a fully loaded E46 M3 costs $62,595 (according to BMWusa.com), how much will this cost? $67K?

The NAV sucks so hard why would anyone in their right mind order it? I agree, I paid 58,XXX for a loaded C55 and I think its a much nicer car, BUT nothing drives like a BMW.

I guess that differs from the down to earth, humble, blue collar MB drivers. If anything, I think the M3 stereotype is Asian, male, 18-22, pacific coast, and mods the hell out of it.

I don't know any 18-22 year olds with E46 M3s... I guess that's the difference between the west and east coast...

They are putting out a m6 csl and new m3 csl so bmw is far away from losing any *****.

How much does the 440 lb lighter Carbon Fiber CSL cost? A kings ransom.... My favorite M3 continues to be the E30... It was light, simple, and handled beautifully..

Around 85k which is nothing compaired to what the original csl cost 20 years ago.

Name me some cars for 85k that can keep up with a carrera GT,gt2,gt3,and be faster than a gallardo and murielago on the ring.

I brought up the csl because some of you think BMW is leaving its racing heritage behind. That is pure bull ****.They have the ***** to sell a car with no radio for 85K nuff said.

I can't wait to see what the e90 csl does with its rumored 440 hp v8

Yep, I vouch for that, but I'd extent the age to about 18-30..
