I figured if it doesn't bolt right up with some work, then I will let it go, But according to jeffry it should be ok, he is working on cleaning the motor right now. If it doesn't go then I will have to go for an 03 E55. I just find them too heavy. But they are very nice looking cars.

I would stick with either buying C43, or keep the C43 you have. Like the HITMAN C43AMG calls them, Frankenstein cars will always give you more trouble than a stock (if same driver drives them in same conditions). And believe me Frankenstein owners don't complain out and loud if they have a problem, cause of pride!! They will not admit it...

But hey, people do V8 swaps into 190s ... so it all depends on your skill level and how 'fearless' you are. I will say though, if you have to ask you probably shouldn't be thinking about it...
