upgrade time

Well as some of you guys know my drivers license is gone for 3 month. Half time is over and I want to do some work on my car. I thought about some new shocks and a brake upgrade. I'm going to the Nürnbugring in August when my license is back so my car has to be in perfect racing condition. What do you guys recommend?

get the camber setup properly for a track run... hopefully, enough negative camber so that maintain proper contact patch. bump up the tire pressure to maybe 40ish, esp if u are rolling on them in hard corners. if the latter is the case, check the alignment or get stiffer sidewalled tires. i suspect u still have the brabus springs on stock shocks.. see how it rides on that setup at the ring. if u don't like it, then get something else for the next run. the v8 should be a blast to get thru the ring.

Great info thanks I will def bump more pressure into the tyre! The negative chamber is also very important plus I will take the OEM 17'' wheels for the track and not the 18'' because of damage!

What dou you think about the brakes and some minor suspention work?

brakes? if u have the 4 piston calipers (which i don't ), then get some better fade resistant pads.. if u really wanted, some slotted rotors might work well.. drilled ones tends to crack under enormous stress.
