flush it?
wassup everybody? just got my silver c43 with black interior a week ago..it has 64k miles? should i do sumthing with the tranny? the car has a starmark and it really looks like new

Do a search on things like this. You'll answer all your new owner questions. I would have the tranny flushed an filled to be safe. The machine is made by "wynn" (I think) which swaps your fluid one for one. Change the filter also.

Starmark or not....get a flush and fill and keep that info to yourself. MB touts their ATF as a lifetime fluid which is bull. Here's a link to the Wynn's website, it's a Transerve II ---> LINK Only caveat is get with the shop and tell them that you'll be providing the fluid. Since your car is under warranty I would use MB fluid, it's $11 per quart. I would forgo a filter change for now until you are out of your warranty in case you do have any transmission issues.
