C43 AMG & E55 AMG
i got a small question for summer tires...
i'm now running on winter ones 225x40x17 all around on stock rims
but i've put back stock amg springs.
and i'm planing on keeping rims stock..
but how wide could i go in the back without having to play in the fenders?
is it front 225, rear 255?
or i could have a 235 front/ 265 rear setup since i'm no more drop?
thanks for replies !

weren't you just talking about how you know more about w202s than "i could believes", or something close to that?
I would stick with 225 fronts, many people have fit 275s (myself included with 275/30/19s too in the past). However, unless you want to run overly low profile 275s (which would look wrong with stock height) and if your really against rolling fenders i would go with 265s to be safe.
I've had 275/35/18, 275/30/19, 265/35/18, 255/35/18, stock, and 225/45/17s on the car all for at least 2 or 3 thousand miles in the 11 months i've owned my C230 with the fake AMG badges and no supercharger that has the same suspension as your car.

beautiful vehicle! Congrats!
Man your mileage is super low, you are a lucky one.
Height of the car? ridiculously low, you are not lucky..
Enjoy the ride!

Hey ricco! Yep it does, i'm really liking does corners
You still need that H&R part number..i'll get it for you 2morow,
or buy them off me
For c43 mods, it will only be perfomance wise...execpt central park wiper.
i'll keep in touch with pics when i do it !
peace, v0ac

hey ricco-
you should definitely get the smoked corners and headlamps, they'll look SICK on your car with the graphite wheels. Then you should let me know how they work out for you (are there any that allow for the motorization to still work?) etc. etc. and i'll do the same. I'm going to paint my Carlsson's graphite if i do keep them and put them on my C230.

To each his own, but the thug/gangsta approach doesn't get you too far in life in terms of gaining respect from other adults. I can appreciate that you own both of your vehicles, as I own all of mine as well. That's a good place to be at when you are 21. I'm honestly hoping that you did not pay anywhere near what you say those wheels are worth. I would need to get paid about that much just to put those on my car, and that would be for one day a month. If they're really worth that much (which I doubt), you would be well advised to sell them and get you a set of HREs or similar wheels and pocket the rest. $13,000 wheels on a vehicle worth six is just not a good idea, financially or otherwise. Good luck with the C43, I hope you keep her clean.

Hehe, yep, anyways that was my choice of wheel because i was 17, ( c230K 1999 was my first car ) and kept it 4 years, aside the wheels, car is in MINT condition, but i sold it to a friend not too long ago , for good price. Keeping money for perfomande mods on C43.
I will never put chrome on a car again, don't like it anymore. C43 will stay stock outside. love the sleeper look of that beast...it's like orgasm everytime someone wants to race you hehe
i'm going in garage now to look for H&R number for you ricco, will repost later this afternoon, peace guys!
hoo.. and happy new year
