i have a non-staggered set up and i like it better than the staggered set up because the car doesn't pull left or right due to road imperfections. it also saves money due to the fact that you can rotate the tires. only thing is, it looks less aggressive than staggered

you still fit 245 on rears?

Technically it also allows for more HP to get to the ground as well b/c less rotating mass in rear (although not a huge amount, it might be noticed).

What size rims are you running svt and what size tires on the rims. I might consider running 18x8.5's might do 225x40x18's

Not at a drag strip will it alow the car to put more usable hp to the ground. Way to solve that would be to use lighter rims but use a tire with a nice wide tire patch.

huh?! how come? hmmm.. i think know the answer to my question...is it because of traction issues,or you're really are having problems with fitment?

yeah! weight reduction! run 165/55/13s!

honestly, there is nothing wrong with running the sizes your considering at all- i'd do it if it meant i got the look i wanted (unless you have real performance modifications planned and really want your traction)

as far as staggered chasing bumps in the road etc.- i don't think staggered causes that. it might to soem degree, but tire design, width in the front, and alignment are the determining factors in my experience.

I could do 245's all around if I were able to it them in the front. I believe Speedy Benz has 245's in the front and 275's in the back of his C43 using light weight 17 inch rims.

If I could I'd go 245's all around if I were on the 17" rims.

Our biggest prob would be front fitment especially using 18" rims.
