My Batmobile
I thought I'd finally post some pics of my C36.
Its a 96, runs like a bat out of hell.
Mods so far:
-18x8.5 / 18x 9.5 AMG Twin spoke reps w/ 225/255's.
-Custom Shrouded Cold Air Intake, soon to be replaced by a GruppeM Carbon fiber intake.
On the bed...Custom exhaust w/Magnaflow Nickel-based Zero Weld Race cats into an Eisenmann muffler.
-Powerchip 93 Octane Gold chipset from my Dyno results.

They are staggered...just not at the lips.
These are reps, and I think only the "real" AMG twin spokes come w/ staggered lips.
Maybe I'm wrong. I did consider long and hard about getting the Mono's in 18's,but I wanted to see the brakes more since I'm upgrading the fronts to Alcons or AMG calipers.
Still contemplating on going " black on the oem grill....or black avantgarde ".
I'm going to leave it be for a few more weeks.

wow that magnaflow sounds great,
The intake I had on mine droned/resonated way too much and was too deep IMO so I put stock airbox back on (plus it felt like it LOST power, lots of power).
Im not a fan of the newer double spokes but on your car for some reason they look fantastic. I say since they are on the car might as well keep them.

The key is just keeping the insanely hot engine temps from getting to the intake tract.

i havent seen smoked corners, and clear ones make the w202 look ricey, i ordered a set of amber euro corners last week and installed them yesterday, they look really great. theyre bosch original and everything, they had em on the euro 202's, i ordered them from some german parts distributor.

Thanks ! Sadly the S4 now has a new home. One of the most amazing cars I've ever owned.
Violent acceleration, super stealthy and just ate up asphalt.
I'm still shell-shocked that I get her go, but another story for another day..............
