Prices (for just parts) per MB Dealer
1-REPLACE STEERING SHOCK $70.95
2-REPLACE FRONT AND REAR FLEX DISC $282.18
3-A/C COMPRESSOR IS LEAKING $1,042.00
4-REPLACE DRIVE BELT $80.00
5-REPLACE ENGINE MOTOR MOUNTS $280.00
Seem fair?

They mostly sound about right for dealer prices.
I'd get a reconditioned A/C compressor, and the drivebelt seems quite expensive though.
Definately have a good look around, there are heaps of quality suppliers on the internet that can do better prices. Nothing you have listed is C43 specific.

If you're going to pay a dealer, you may want to consider joing the MBCA. MBCA members typically get discounts on parts and service. The discount on just the AC compressor is enough to pay for more than 4 years of MBCA membership.
