It really does give a noticeable gain all throughout the revband.

well, a stock 1996 e320 dynos 180-190 rwhp ::220 at the crank:: mine dyno'd 206 with this as its only mod.

i don't remember where i read about it but from what i've read, gruppem has one of the best intakes (specially for bimmers)

You are correct. They have given some BMW's 7-15 RWHP on a dyno. Thats why most E46 / E36 owners use GruppeM intakes over dinian.

The M104 is itching for a better breathing intake, and the GruppeM offers some nice gains. $350 is a good deal for one in great condition.
