I've never heard of a P1747. A P0455 is a very large leak in the evaporative emissions control system. Lastly, if the battery is weak, or the electrical system is faulty, the OBDII codes may not be accurate.
Absolute lastly, after four years I change batteries. That's in every car I own. Motorcyles every two years. They're cheap and I hate being stuck.

When the battery is at the end of it's life but still starting then you start getting random codes due to undervoltage during cranking. A common one is for the transmission which leaves it in limp mode until you restart it after a few mins (crank voltage is higher due to the "float" charge remaining in the battery so the fault doesn't reoccur).
Change the battery and recheck if you get any further faults after replacement.
