Yeah you could MOD a 5.4L and drop it in and have about the same WHP for WAY LESS and be N/A 
Then you could spend the rest of what you would of spent on the kleeman upgrades on putting that power to the ground

ok im told the c43 differential is the same as the slk32 diff in my car. myself and another 32 owner (buggin) are working with autotech who builds the wavetrac lsd. they are building a full lsd similar to the quaiffe for our cars and the chrysler crossfire which share the same driveline. so far we have 22 deposits and the build is going forward. if in fact you share the same diff you can also have a lsd made for you. cost is 1050$ for the diff and unitrax in cali will install it in your diff inspect backlash for 225$. with shipping you are looking at about 1400$ for a lsd in your diff ready to bolt in.
