Question LCA stock bolts?

I just bought the stock bolts from stealership for my ADUS 597 polyurethane bushings.
These bolts seems to fit my outer 2 piece bushings.
But the bigger poly bushing seems to have another size for stock bolts?

You guys who installed these polybushings did you use stock bolts?
The same bolts size from factory bushings?

The bolthead doesn't go all the way to the end on the bushings SS shellcase!

If the stock MB bolts are wrong for LPD polybushings, which one should I buy?

Here's another picture with the washers and nut.
Will there be any play or difficultcy to tighten the nut because the bolthead isn't attached in lock position on this bushing?

Definitely doesn't look right, I have yet to change out my bushings (but it is coming soon) so I can't tell from experience but something does look amiss. Did you consult the great oracle "GOOGLE" ????

Yes I understand, did I give you the impression I thought you had the wrong bushings? I am simply stating it doesn't look right, looks like the bolt head is WAY to big. Wherever you got the bushings from I would contact as they SHOULD know the answer to this question. GOOD LUCK

There is a thread on www.club202.com on repair section, where people asked questions about these bushings.
LPD Autoparts company used to sell these on Ebay.com.

I dunno know which bolt to use if the original stock bolt is not correct?
There are several on this forum that bought the bushings and had them installed.
Which bolt did you guys use?

I tried to log in there yesterday.
I couldn't access the login!
I believe this site will go die soon and be buried!

I could read the different section topics.
But the repair section is not displayed at all without logging in!

Yeah same with the Pointedthreestar forum... unfortunate, these forums are like AMG college. Everything I need or want to learn is right here. Let's make sure this forum NEVER DIES!!!!!

come on guys where are you?
what bolts do I need for those black poly bushings?

I know there are several forum members having these bushings on their C43's!
FCP Groton sells them too.
Can you tell me how to install these poly bushings and what bolts to use?

I've got those on my W208 CLK55 (basically same suspension as the C43). AFAIK, my mechanic re-used the stock bolts.

There are several pics on this thread (beginning with post #17)

finally at last.
thank you.
you saw my pictures in this thread.
the bolthead doesn't go all the way in on this polly bushing shellcase!
is it correct that the bolthead should put out as in my pictures?
I wanna be sure when I change them so I don't need any other bolts!

to me my picture doesn't seem to be correct when it comes to the bolthead sticking out!

thanx

I took a copy of this picture and looking on the bolthead this one isn't the same as my boltheads.
My heads are more of a HEX or TORX heads.

to bad none of the other guys whom bought these polybushes took any pictures of how the installment looks like with the original factory bolts.

^^Before you go any further, check your receipt from the dealer and double check the part number. Who knows, they may have sold you the wrong bolts.

I would not use those bolts in the LCA/poly bushings...that doesn't look safe. Why can't you reuse your original bolts?

Only one way to find out. The part number will be on your receipt or possibly on the bag.

found the parts number for bolts for polybushings

bolt: A202 333 0571
nut: A202 990 0851
washer: A202 333 0476

This is what I bought new from stealership.
I bought bolt kits for the 2 piece smaller front bushings, I had to buy the multipiece bushings separately from germany, and the rear large polybushings use the same bolts as the smaller bushings above?

I spoke with mbenzman. I was wrong, I have the "crash" bolts installed, bolt part number 202 330 01 18. You'll have a choice of two positions for the control arm.

BTW, you need to replace the REAR bushing of the lower control arm, not FRONT.

hey bro.
so I understand you correct!
I can either use my partsnumber bolts or your partsnumbers bolts?
is this correct?

what is "crash bolts"?
same bolts as in my linked picture above from the other previous threadstarter?

I bought the multi 2 piece bushings as to get a new feel ride with the other bushings.
they were hard to get but I found them separately.

thanx for your help bro!

Your bolts will not fit your new poly bushings without modification (filing down of the neck of the bolt) - which I do not recommend. The "hole" in the poly bushing is too small for the bolts you purchased to fit correctly.

"Crash" bolts, or "eccentric" bolts are used to allow slight adjustment in the camber set up.

I'm not familiar with the multi 2 piece bushings. Do you have a photo?

BTW, I an not a tech myself so please understand my ability to assist you is limited.

Oh so eccentric bolts are possible to use as well as my linked pictures bolts?
do they have a big bolthead that is fixated to the brackets when tighten?

here is the multi piece bushing it's the front ones in 2 pieces!
