With the conditions that you specify I think you should start at $8500 and go no lower than $7500. and $10,000 if they are rich ! gl with the sale!

Come on a 122k C43 is nothing if it has been cared for and well serviced. My 99' year model has around 210'000km and drives like a rocket.

Best of luck getting a bid war going. I'd suggest just offering the car at a reasonable price that you are willing to let it go for. Nice example, pretty decent mileage considering age of car. More pics would probably help your sale as well.

Cool, very clean and probably worth every $ asked. Near to impossible to find such a good looking C43 here in Switzerland. If it drives as well as it looks, I would have taken it without second thoughts

IF you get some bids I am sure it will sell for more than $8k...at least I hope. For some reason lately these cars have really hit the a low in terms of selling price. It's sad as I feel they are worth much more, but it seems either the interest or desperation has kicked in and folks are just letting them go for nothing. I have basically decided to keep mine unless someone pays me what I feel it is worth.
Anyone else thinking of selling please ask a reasonable price and don't just give it away. Our community needs you to be strong.

I think things are coming back up a small amount. I won't publicly post the figure, but I will say that when my insurance totalled mine out recently, it was for a good deal more than 8k, with more miles than this car to boot, and in socal. If seller isn't looking for an immediate sale, I think he should have no problem getting better than 8k for this guy. Beauty!
@ catbutt, IMHO these cars are just old enough to not turn heads anymore, and they are too new to really be seen as classic MB/AMG. Kind of an awkward quarter life crisis or something. I think a good percentage of AMG buyers get these cars for the status value, and not for the actual love of the car. So you see guys who saw the C43 just a few years ago as a good opportunity to get the flashy AMG badge across the trunk for a good value, but are collectively crapping themselves now that they see them being offloaded for next to nothing. Couple that with the fact that it's not a C63, or even a w204, and the car just isn't getting the attention that some of these guys crave. NOT saying anything about the seller of this car, it looks like it has been lovingly cared for by a good owner, just speaking to the general decay of C43/36 ownership in the last 2 or 3 years.

Has the car had any transmission work or services?
Do you have all of the paperwork?
I am still looking for the "Right" C43 even if I have to ship it from CA
