tinting windows on a Benz looks kinda impotent somehow!
if they are tinted by factory ok, but dark tint doesn't look any good to me.

I agree with Denis here, I can't even tell you why but I feel the same way. If I ever do tint it's going to be real light 25%-30%. Does help a lot with heat and UV's in the summer.

My 3 homelink buttons are located on the rear view mirror and they all work fine: 1 for home, 1 for office, and 1 for the mistress, hehehe...

I'll try to scan the manual this weekend and post it here.

I want to tint the windows to help preserve my interior. My baffle board has gone from black to purple from sun damage. Before I replace it I'm going to tint the windows to prevent that discoloration from occuring again. The help with the heat during the summer is an added bonus but we only have 3 months of sun where I live

keep your c43 indoor when you don't use it.
tinting is good and looks good if you have the correct %, but dark - darker - the darkest tint looks stupeeeeeeeed on a Benz!
I don't like it.
It needs to have the perfect looks to look desirable on a Benz.

don't you cream your seats?
I do it every year, clean them and then grease them with leather conditioner.
Smells nice and keeps your leather smooth

Not sure if this hasn't been mentioned or not, but did you press the "LEARN" button on the garage opener?

LOL...I'm sorry man, not laughing at you, but that just sounds really inappropriate. How about saying "you apply cream once a month"?~

The rear board can be dyed. Some people have had success with Rit.

can anyone help me out with parts numbers for the facelift RVM with garage door opener buttons?
It has to be the black color housing on this RVM!

I know that facelift RVM's got a small center lightbulb on the underside housing, this is the RVM # ps- number I'm looking for.
Can anyone help me?
Thanx

LOL so did I until I looked closer and realized they wouldn't of made everything else black and the baffle board purple.

RIT is the brand name. They're owned by Phoenix Brands, who sells other laundry products; Fab, Ajax, Dynamo, etc. It may be in the laundry section, the fabric section, or the arts and crafts section.
