22 X3, 21 330e, 97 M3, 97 C36 (sold), but on the hunt for a clean, low-mile C43!
Looking good! My heap's in the shop getting some little things fixed here and there. Can't wait to get her back so the (subtle) modding can begin!!

Just ordered 3 linear feet of CF vinyl from Don. Cool stuff. I have a few things on the C43 and a few on my S2000 that will be wrapped. Fun!

pardon the question.
Who is Don? And how can I order from him?

My MDX comes with ugly (bling bling) trims so I plan to wrap them.

thanks.

Check out this thread:

Very picture intensive though, might take a while to load.

You can email him too, at donathon@gmail.com. He charges $25 per linear foot, the stuff comes in 48" lengths and he cuts it per foot. Shipping is $10 within the US, $23 to Canada. I am again taking advantage of my US shipping depot and having it shipped there! Can't wait for January - it'll be like Christmas part 2. I may rent a small SUV to pack all the goodies away... On the C43, I am planning to do the b-pillars and maybe some other stuff. I bought the stick-on eBay trim pieces in the spring, but they have already become unsightly and were falling off. I took them off last weekend. Now madly trying to figure out what else I have to wrap!

If you take your int trim pieces off and ship them to him he will wrap it and ship it back! Nice guy! For our W202 wood pieces he charges around $150. Not a bad deal imho, if you don't trust your own craftsmenship.

wood trim rail which is close to front windoe, is it difficult to remove?
Is it glued or is it hooked on backside?

CAREFUL when removing that trim piece. I priced it out at the dealer and new it is around $500 and that is here in the US, I bet it is more expensive where you are.

well I'm not goin' to touch my faux CF trim.
even if it's cheap factory ugly looking I'm still happy with it!
no need to mess up the stuff!
damn this centre trim piece is so darn seksi with all the cutouts for complete switches!
I can't wait to install it in my ride next year.

I can't wait to ship off my trim and get it done. I think it will really go well with the C43 int.
